Policy

Return window

You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Sale items and made-to-order pieces are final unless faulty.

How to start a return

Email hello@atelier.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send a return label for EU orders or instructions for international returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to secure your preferred piece.

Processing time

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
